Extra costs Manual Payment System

Right now there isn't a way to add an additional fee to manual payments, but we've discussed it, and I just need the time to implement it. Do you have a link to iDEAL's website? I can take a look at it and let you know if it is feasible or not.

Paypal Pro Errors

Closing the order doesn't void the authorization, so the funds will be released back to the customer's card after whatever timeout period PayPal uses.

Dan, I'm glad PayPal Website Payments Pro is working so well for you. Void is an operation that is available from most, if not all gateways, so we'll have to discuss whether or not we want to support it and the best way to support it if we do.

Arden, You are correct. We had the code for Hong Kong in our countries as GK, which must have been a typo. I have fixed it. The changes will be available the next time Shopify is deployed to the production servers, which shouldn't be too long.
