Sorry, this content isn't available right now

This is what I get after my account was approved, I linked the account to facebook and synced the account to facebook. What more do I have to do to get this thing working?

"The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you're not in."

Savannah here from the Shopify Social Care Team. :) 

That's actually a known issue with Facebook, but we have some steps to help correct it: 

To Enable Shop Tab:

  • First click Settings at the top-right corner of your Facebook Page, then click Edit Page from the menu on the left.
  • Next, click the Add a Tab button and click Add Tab next to the Shop option.
  • You should see the Shop tab on your Page now.
  • Another thing to check is to make sure the page is published.

To Publish Shop Page:

  • Click Settings at the top of your Page
  • From General, click Page Visibility
  • Click to uncheck the box next to Unpublish Page
  • Click Save Changes

Page is published and new shop tab is installed. STILL DOESN'T WORK.
