E-Commerce Entrepreneurs, Don't Forget About Fraud

Fraudsters are running rampant online. Family members purchasing for themselves on a live-in family member's card without authorization. People ordering your goods or services and filing chargebacks that they were not satisfied with or did not received the item, but actually did. And, of course, the fraudsters who have stolen card information and make purchases for themselves. They're out there and more active than ever. Make sure as you start up your online business that you are not only aware of fraudsters, but know how to keep them at bay. Often working with a fraud prevention company becomes necessary when you've become a large enough seller. Be sure to do your research and work with a company who has your best interest at heart. Message me if you would like access to the companies who can make your life much easier!

Hey there,

I'm just starting out with my website and want to make sure I'm not frauded by unsatisfied customers. My goal is to serve each and every customer to the best of my ability and let them win disputes when it comes down to it. However, I want to make sure I do my best to keep my company's launch as smooth as possible and implement policies that will help mitigate fraud risk. If you have any tips for me, I'm all ears!

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Sincerely,

AP
