I really love the simplicity of your site. I like the fact that it's easy to find the school/team that you like. I clicked through on several team fonts and liked the selection offered. Overall I think it's an awesome niche for Texas sport fanatics. I think its an awesome site for the target audience.

Thanks, Trevor!  I appreciate the compliments and feedback.

I haven't had any sales, though.  Any ideas how to get sales going?

Your product photos have watermarks from aliexpress sellers which isn't good. Using info on your photos people can find that these are knock-offs made in China at less than you sell them and they see that while you say you're bred and born in Texas the products say otherwise especially they are likely illegal non-licensed products which turns people off.

I think your advertising outlets are good. I might suggest targeting advertising around those specific schools or joining groups on FB whose interests are in those schools or teams.
