No one is buying from my store!

I get traffic but no one is buying from my store. I think its because my shipping takes to long help please!

The name is misleading (they should be hard; cotton is soft - you want a name that speaks of protection + fashion, IMO) and you don't say what it is, and the images don't show above the fold, which means you really do need a more descriptive name.

Also, are you selling to a primarily American demographic? If so, you need to Americanize your spellings. That jumped at me because it's immediate ("accessorise" v. "accessorize").

When you say you get traffic, where is it going? Are people getting to the point of clicking on individual products or are they landing and then bouncing?

Okay thank you so much and so be more descriptive in terms of if its soft or hard and stuff like that? And yeah a majority of traffic is to the home page and the minority is to certain products.

Okay, so if people aren't getting past the landing page then you can pretty much conclude what they're immediately seeing is the problem. :)

Can you put pictures up above the fold?

What I meant by soft or hard is that your actual brand name mentions cotton...but they're cell phone covers...? Is that right? It's confusing but more so, it gives people the opposite visual of what they want in cell phone protection. They want something hard...virtually indestructable. There's technically no such thing (though Otter Box comes pretty darned close) but that's *the feeling* you want to give.

If you absolutely can't change the company name (I did for mine, but it involved buying another domain and switching over - my domain was only $18, though), *add to* the name at least on your hero image. "Cotton Case Super-Protect Fashion Phone Cases" or something. Well, that's a little lengthy, but you get the idea. Or "Cotton Case" and DIRECTLY below it in subtext, "The HOTTEST fashion phone cases * BEST protection" (also not great but again, you get the idea). Because I mean, acessorize, protect...what? It's too confusing.

I do think the cases look absolutely awesome!!

THANK YOU! and OHHH  okay i get what youre saying and i can definley change the and yeah now that you explained that it totally makes sense. And to be clear the fold is the first image that pops up when you click on the link where it says cotton case correct?

The fold is (as I understand it - I am VERY NOT tech-y, so somebody correct me, LOL!) everything the user sees when s/he pulls up the site WITHOUT scrolling down.

So...without having to do any work at all, including scrolling, something should be visible - the actual products, something descriptive, or both. :)

Hi Micahel,

Great to know you are getting in the cases niche. You have some really cool cases in your store. I see that you are getting the majority of the traffic to the home page and few people are actually getting to the product pages, one of the basics of advertising is that the link on the ad should always go to the product pages.

Try working a little bit more on your product pages, you need more content to sell the product, overall you should add appealing product descriptions and some details from Aliexpress, additional to that you should add the secured payment badges, countdown timer, visitor counting and more images about your product. Your home page is another part of the website you should work on, adding your value proposition to it is crucial.

There's now way a potential customer could contact you in your store, there's no contact us page, also there's no way someone could learn about your return policy or your policies and terms and conditions. I highly suggest you add a live chat to your site.
