Question Mark appears as my store's icon/avatar from Facebook
This issue left Shopify's customer service stumped for the better part of 2 weeks.
My Facebook business page's profile pic shows up as a blue questions mark in Shopify (the avator/icon). I could live if it only appeared in the Shopify back office so to speak, but it permeates even in my email blasts to my customers!
I am at my wit's and even tried a debugging tool that Facebook has and nothing. Shopify's customer service essentially said "we got nothing pal, try asking Facebook". I figure I'd post here too in case anyone has come across this problem and solved it. Thanks in advance!
