Moving web-store to Shopify | SEO and google questions

Hello guys,

i am new here :)

I own a web-store  online from 6 months and i am thinking  open a new one with Shopify.

Google have been listed all the shop items. I am wondering if i move products from the old the store to the new one " Shopify "   how can redirect old urls to the new one ? How can update google list ?
